• Machine wash at 30°C

• Wash inside out

• Do not tumble dry

• Iron inside out on a low heat

• Do not iron directly over the print

Please refer to the size guide available in the studio before ordering. As each product is personalised to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

• Not dishwasher safe, please hand wash at all times

As all Houghton School of Music, if uniform is personalised and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

• incorrect sizes ordered by the customer;

• change of mind;

We recommend checking the size guide available in the studio carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing, please speak to a member of the team before ordering, and we'll be happy to help.

At Houghton School of Music, all uniform orders are collected in person rather than shipped.

Once your order is ready, we'll let you know by email or through the Parent Portal. Your uniform can then be collected during your next scheduled lesson from the school.

If you need your uniform sooner or would like to arrange an alternative collection time, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Please ensure all uniform is checked at the time of collection. If there are any issues with your order, let us know as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help.
